Ingredients:
4 skinned boneless chicken breasts
Vegetable cooking spray
12 oz. can whole tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Pepper to taste
Preparing your recipe
Coat baking dish with vegetable cooking spray and place chicken breasts in dish.
Combine tomatoes and all remaining ingredients, stir mix well. pour over chicken breasts.
Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour or until cooking thermometer shows done.
