Berry Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons apple juice
Lemon cream:
4 ounces ricotta cheese
4 ounces yogurt
zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparing your recipe
Wash your fresh berries or thaw frozen, slice strawberries. Mix together all your berries in a mixing bowl and pour over apple juice. Chill in refrigerator.
Lemon cream topping:
Mix ricotta cheese, yogurt, lemon zest and sugar. Chill topping and serve over fruit.
