Butterscotch Chocolate Chip

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Preparing your recipe
In large mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, shortening,,sugar,,butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix until dough forms and is well blended. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 3" apart. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until golden brown about 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
