Hot Pineapple Banana Dessert

Ingredients:
1/2 Pineapple cut lengthwise
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
4 teaspoons rum
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup shredded coconut


Preparing your recipe
Cut and scoop pineapple out of the skin cut into cubes. leaving the skin shell intact. Scoop out the remaining pineapple half and blend the pulp. In mixing bowl, mix banana slices, pineapple cubes rum and brown sugar. Spoon mixed fruit back into pineapple boat and sprinkle with coconut. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes until coconut is toasted golden brown. Spoon into fruit cup serving dishes. Delicious served hot or cold.
