Peach Crunch Ice Cream

Ingredients:
14 ounces sliced peaches
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ounce ricotta cheese
2 ounces yogurt
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 teaspoons almonds, chopped
3 tablespoons puffed rice


Preparing your recipe
Blend fruit with blender until smooth. Add ricotta cheese, cinnamon, yogurt and blend well. Spoon into plastic freezer container and freeze for 1 hours until it starts to set. Remove and return to blender, break up slightly, add coconut, nuts and puffed rice. Fold into ice cream and refreeze until firm. In large mixing bowl, In preheated oven baked at 350° for 12-15 minutes until firm.
