Baked Leg of Lamb

Ingredients:
3-4 lb. Leg of Lamb
1 tsp. dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water

Preparing your recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. Trim fat from leg of lamb. Place in baking pan. Combine rosemary, garlic, soy sauce and mustard. Spread mixture over lamb. Bake uncovered to your taste. Skim fat from pan juices, mix cornstarch with water and add to lamb juices, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened. Slice lamb garnish with mint and serve.
