Potato Salad

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup salad dressing
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparing your recipe
Peel or wash and cook potatoes with skin on. Boil potatoes until soft and drain, do not over cook or potatoes will crumble when mixed in your salad. Cut cooked potatoes into cubes, in large bowl mix and toss with onion, eggs and salad dressing. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and serve cold.
Add chopped celery if you like.
Garnish with sliced egg and parsley or celery leaf.
