Scalloped Potatoes

Dish of Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon chopped parsley


Preparing your recipe

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and place in casserole baking dish. Pour milk over potatoes, sprinkle with parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. bake at 350° for 25 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until topping is golden and bubbling. Garnish with parsley.
