Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Preparing your recipe
Place rice in mixing bowl, add all ingredients, mix well. Pour into non-stick baking dish or greased oven casserole. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
