Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Small red bell pepper, chopped
Small green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of snap peas
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 egg


Preparing your recipe

Use pre-cooked cold brown rice if possible. In large non-stick fry pan saute garlic, ginger and spices in the sesame oil until tender. Place chopped vegetables into frying pan. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Add pre cooked rice and soy sauce, mix egg into the rice cook thoroughly. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
