Spinach Rolls
Wash and chop spinach. Cook in sauce pan for 10 minutes until tender. Use canned spinach to save time.
Boil shallots until tender, combine shallots with spinach, cheese, rice, and lemon juice.
Brush pastry with milk, fill with spinach mixture sprinkle with chopped walnuts roll and fold ends. Place filled pastries on baking sheet and bake
at 400° for 15 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
