Brussels Sprouts with Almonds

Ingredients:
2 dozen Brussels sprouts, trim stems
4 tablespoons blanched almonds
1 teaspoon margarine
2 teaspoon water
1 small onion
1 teaspoon curry powder


Preparing your recipe

Boil sprouts in sauce pan for 5 minutes. Remove sprouts and empty pan, melt margarine in sauce pan. Add almonds and toss until light toasted brown. Remove almonds and add water, onion and curry. Stir until onion are cooked. Return sprouts almonds and toss to heat through and serve.
