Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat
3 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3 Cubes Beef Bouillon, crumbled
4 Cups Water
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
4 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 Carrots, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
2 Stalks Celery, sliced
2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
2 Teaspoon Water


Preparing your recipe

In a large pot, stir-fry beef in oil over medium heat until browned. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water add to beef in pot. Stir in rosemary and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add potatoes, celery, sliced carrots, and chopped onion. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 teaspoons cold water and stir into stew to thicken. Simmer 1 hour more and serve.
