Beef Stew
In a large pot, stir-fry beef in oil over medium heat until browned.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water add to beef in pot. Stir in rosemary and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add potatoes, celery, sliced carrots, and chopped onion.
Dissolve cornstarch in 2 teaspoons cold water and stir into stew to thicken.
Simmer 1 hour more and serve.
