Stuffed Trout

Ingredients:
4 small trout, prepared
4 shallots, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mixed fresh chopped herbs,
(parsley, thyme and marjoram)
Juice from 2 lemons
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, finely chopped
4 mushrooms, chopped
Pepper to taste


Preparing your recipe

Place fish on aluminum foil big enough to wrap fish. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl to make stuffing. Stuff each trout with 1/4 of the stuffing mixture. Wrap well in foil, seal edges. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
